Let him discover the pleasure of treating everyoneto encourage vocations or just for occasional pleasure.
The workshops take place in mini group of 4/6 teenagers
maximum depending on the workshop, so that Chef Sandrine can take care of everyone. Each participant will be able to really acquire the right gestures and redo the recipes on your own
afterwards.
Everyone leaves with lots of memories of this friendly shared moment and its preparations in containers lent or brought and the recipes. You can also stay and enjoy on site as in the restaurant depending on the formulas.
And because eating well also means having quality products without pesticides the workshops can be carried out with only organic products.

Birthday Cupcakes Package
Don't worry about anything, we will take care of your teenager and his friends* around the making of delicious Cupcakes **.
Teenagers will learn how to make cakes and then decorate them with flavored mascarpone cream and toppings including mini meringues that they will have achieved themselves. Everyone will leave with lots of memories, some creations (if they are not too greedy) and the recipe to make it again on their own.

Teenagers will learn how to make pizza dough, garnish it, make cakes then decorate them with mascarpone cream and chocolate.

Don't worry about anything, we will take care of your teenager and his friends* around the preparation of a meal straight out of the world of Harry Potter magic: dragon egg mayonnaise, branchiflora carbonara style and Cupcakes of the 4 houses.
Teenagers will learn how to make a colored hard-boiled egg, mayonnaise, colorful tagliatelle, cheese sauce as well as cakes with mascarpone cream and toppings.
